I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up, more than once, inside systems that were never built with me in mind. I recovered from a serious injury, reinvented my career, navigated a new disability, and moved halfway around the world. I’ve lived what most companies only talk about: resilience, reinvention, identity, and real inclusion. I’ve seen how workplaces welcome visibility, but rarely offer power to their people who live outside the box. I don’t speak for show. I’m on a mission to create change. Shifts that change minds, open doors, and stick long after I’ve left the room.

At 24, a drag bike crash left me with a spinal cord injury, and life changed in an instant. I went from biker, bouncer, and fashion industry professional to disabled backpacker and keynote speaker.
