WHO I AM
NOT YOUR TYPICAL CULTURE TALK
When I speak, it’s not policy decks, soft platitudes, or corporate fluff. It’s bold truth, real stories, and the kind of discomfort that sparks conversation. I am not here to tick boxes. I’m here to help people rethink what they believe about identity, inclusion, resilience, and leadership. To make culture make sense, for your people, your business, and the world we’re building next.

WHY ME
LIVED EXPERIENCE TO LIVE CHANGE
I’ve built resilience the hard way — not in theory, but in real life. And I know it doesn’t have to be that hard for everyone. From fashion showrooms to 17 countries, and now to stages, I’ve led, adapted, and started over without a roadmap. My speeches are as human as the person who wrote them, and that’s the edge. No performance, no polish, just presence. A story told with energy as bold and messy as the life behind it. I offer sharp insight, cultural fluency, and frameworks that make sense and stick. Because I know what it feels like to be left out of the conversation and what it takes to change it.

WHY I'M HERE
THIS ISN’T ABOUT INSPIRATION. IT’S ABOUT INTERRUPTION & INTENTION.
As a young disabled woman, I’ve rebuilt my life and career inside systems never designed for people like me. What I’ve learned is that disability isn’t the limitation, but the system is. But this work goes beyond disability. It’s about rethinking how we approach inclusion, resilience, and identity. Too often, there’s a gap between what we say and what we do. Culture shapes who gets seen, supported, and taken seriously. And I speak to challenge the assumptions that get in the way. Inclusion on paper means nothing if it’s not felt in the room. Resilience isn’t a personality trait; it’s a skill accessible to all, and messy human identity shouldn’t be flattened into a single label. This work is personal. It’s structural. It’s cultural.
