WHO I AM
NOT YOUR TYPICAL DE&I TALK
When I speak, it’s not with policy decks, soft platitudes, or corporate fluff. It’s bold truth, real stories, and a dose of discomfort—the kind that makes people lean in, reflect, and rethink everything they thought they knew about disability. I’m not here to tick boxes. I’m here to make inclusion make sense— for your people, your business, and the world we’re building next.

WHY ME
I'M NOT HERE TO INSPIRE, I'M HERE TO INTERRUPT
I don’t talk about inclusion from the sidelines. I live it — every day. As a disabled woman and wheelchair user, I’ve rebuilt my life after injury, led teams in high-pressure roles, and navigated systems not designed for people like me. My experience spans four continents, two industries, and zero backup plans. I don’t bring jargon — I bring strategy, sharpness, and stories that spark real shifts. I turn lived experience into business advantage — helping businesses move from checkbox inclusion to bold, culture-shifting action.

WHY I'M HERE
BECAUSE DISABILITY ISN'T BROKEN, THE NARRATIVE IS
This isn’t about inspiration. It’s about interruption. It’s what happens when you stop seeing disability as a deficit—and start seeing it as a leadership lens. Disability isn’t broken. The systems are. And I’m here to reframe the way we think, hire, include, and lead. With truth over templates and real-world stories, I challenge assumptions and show how small, intentional shifts can lead to big cultural change.

STILL THINKING IN BOXES? I’M NOT.
I work with businesses ready to reframe disability — not as accommodation, but as an advantage. If that’s your team, let's talk.
NO LIMITS. NO LABELS. JUST IMPACT.
