Straight out of the hospital and into a support network. I owe a lot to The Matt Hampson Foundation, it has been instrumental in my journey of resilience and growth, trying new things and truly believing I am capable of (almost) anything. Their 'Get Busy Living' ethos isn't just a motto, it's a way of life I try to embody every day.
